Claim Reporting
Agents and Brokers work directly with Members to file claims and verify coverage.
Members should include the following information when reporting auto incidents to their Agent or Broker:
- Parties Involved: Drivers, Passengers, and Witnesses
- Vehicles Involved: Years, Makes, Models, and VINs
- Incident Details: Date, time and location
Windshield Damage Reporting
Windshield Damage Reports may be submitted using SSCIP’s online form.
New Claim Document Submission
Agents and Brokers may submit ACORD forms and supporting claim documents using SSCIP’s
safe and secure upload portal, or via one of the other options listed below.
