Submit a Claim

 

​To begin the claims submission process, Members should gather pertinent information about the incident they wish to report:

  • Member name

  • Names of all parties involved

  • Date, time, and place of incident

  • Vehicle information: year, make, model, driver name of all involved (If applicable)

Once all information is collected,​ Members should contact their agent or broker to submit a formal claim.
